1. 服务与现状

PIXO TAP 是帮助你在多项长期任务之间接回进度的软件及配套网站。目前产品处于开发与试用阶段：macOS 版与 Windows 版为试用版本；Linux、Android、iOS 尚未发布；实体桌宠硬件仍是概念；账号与同步功能尚未开放。网站上的交互演示与 Web 原型仅作演示，不读取你的设备。

2. 使用规范

你应当在法律允许的范围内使用本产品，不得利用它侵害他人权益，也不得对服务进行破坏、滥用或未经授权的访问。
软件只在你明确开始后记录，并只记录你在系统和应用中授权的内容。请确保你有权记录屏幕上出现的内容；涉及他人信息或工作单位资料时，请遵守相应的保密与合规要求。

3. 账号（开放后适用）

账号服务开放后，你需要提供真实、可用的联系方式并妥善保管登录凭据；通过你的账号进行的操作视为你的操作。你可以随时在账号中心申请注销。年龄限制与监护人同意规则待法务确认。

4. 你的数据

你的项目、记录和笔记归你所有，默认保存在你的设备上。我们如何处理数据，见隐私政策（草案）。你需要自行备份本机数据；删除应用不会自动删除这些数据。

5. 第三方 AI 服务

AI 功能使用你自带的密钥连接第三方服务（目前为 DeepSeek）。你与该服务之间的费用、条款和数据处理由你与服务商直接约定，我们不对第三方服务的可用性、输出内容或费用负责。AI 生成的内容可能不准确，请自行核对。

6. 知识产权

PIXO TAP 的软件、角色形象、文案与网站素材的权利由权利人保留。除非另有书面说明，你只获得按本协议使用软件的个人、非独占许可，并未获得任何开源许可。软件包含的第三方组件按各自许可使用，详见随包附带的许可说明。

7. 免责声明

试用版本和原型功能按“现状”提供，可能存在错误、中断或数据丢失风险，不提供任何明示或暗示的担保。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用或无法使用本产品造成的间接损失承担责任。具体责任限制待法务确认。

8. 变更与终止

我们可能更新产品和本协议；重大变更会在网站上公布，账号服务开放后会请求你重新同意。你可以随时停止使用并删除本机数据；若你严重违反本协议，我们可以暂停或终止你的账号。

1. The service and its status

PIXO TAP is software, with a companion website, that helps you pick up your progress across several long-running tasks. The product is in development and trial: the macOS and Windows apps are trial builds; Linux, Android and iOS are not released; the physical desk companion is still a concept; accounts and sync are not open yet. The interactive demo and the web prototype on the website are demonstrations only and never read your device.

2. Acceptable use

Use the product only as permitted by law. Do not use it to infringe others' rights, and do not disrupt, abuse or gain unauthorised access to the service.
The software records only after you explicitly start, and only what you have allowed in the system and the app. Make sure you are entitled to record what appears on your screen; where others' information or an employer's materials are involved, follow the relevant confidentiality and compliance requirements.

3. Accounts (once available)

When the account service opens you must provide genuine, working contact details and keep your credentials safe; actions taken through your account are treated as yours. You can request deletion in the account centre at any time. Age limits and guardian-consent rules are pending legal review.

4. Your data

Your projects, records and notes belong to you and are stored on your device by default. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy (draft). You are responsible for backing up local data; removing the app does not delete it.

5. Third-party AI services

AI features connect to a third-party service (currently DeepSeek) with your own key. Fees, terms and data handling between you and that provider are agreed directly with it; we are not responsible for the availability, output or cost of third-party services. AI output may be inaccurate, so please check it yourself.

6. Intellectual property

Rights in the PIXO TAP software, character artwork, copy and website materials are reserved by their owners. Unless stated otherwise in writing, you receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the software under these terms and no open-source licence. Third-party components are used under their own licences, listed in the notices shipped with the package.

7. Disclaimer

Trial builds and prototype features are provided "as is" and may contain errors, interruptions or risk of data loss, without any express or implied warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect loss arising from using or being unable to use the product. The precise limitation of liability is pending legal review.

8. Changes and termination

We may update the product and these terms; significant changes will be announced on the website and, once accounts open, we will ask for your consent again. You may stop using the product and delete local data at any time; if you seriously breach these terms we may suspend or end your account.
